All of our orders are hand delivered by our own team of in-house delivery drivers. When your order is ready for delivery, we will reach out with your delivery date. If the date given won't work for you, we are happy to do our best to work out a different date or hold the order until you are ready for it!
Our refund/return policy is not applicable for any customized pieces. Customizations include changes in color, stain, design, and/or distressing. For non-customized pieces, if you are dissatisfied with the product, we are happy to offer a refund and take back the order upon arrival. We do not offer returns or refunds once the product has left our store or our delivery driver has left the location of delivery.
